Hello Digital Book Today readers. The Book Buzz segment today features Lionel’s Grand Adventure by Paul Hewlett. This is a beginning chapter book for the 7-10 year old book reader which is rated 5.0 stars on 14 reviews. Lionel’s Grand Adventure consists of 10 chapters covering 31 pages and costs $0.99 with the topic being the Golden Rule. As a parent of two teenagers, I loved the days of the beginning chapter books because the authors can really let their imagination go. So who would be interested in this book besides parents of beginning chapter book readers? How about grandparents, uncles, and aunts. Kinds love technology and when they see your kindle it would be great to share your love of reading by having a book they can read (or you can read to them) instead of those stuffy adult books. Lionel’s Grand Adventure would be a great addition to your book collection for your Kindle or tablet.

“A smoothly written book, I felt Paul was telling me the story instead of me reading. Lionel finds a “lucky charm” and tries it out on his troublemakers. Very unique golden rule book, and I plan to read the next one. Thank you for this wonderful children’s book!” ~ Laura LaRoche, Amazon Review

“Children will laugh at the comical adventure Lionel undertakes while trying to perfect the magic of his Walbaun’s foot. An example of the Walbaun’s mixed up magic is when Lionel wishes to win big in a marble game, but ends up winning big at a game of blackjack in a Vegas casino.” ~ Stacie Theis, Amazon Review
